In Finland, Prime Minister Sanna Marin has conceded after her center-left Social Democratic Party came in third in Sunday’s election, behind right-wing and nationalist rivals. The National Coalition Party, Finland’s main conservative party, won the most votes, though not enough to rule on its own, and will have to form a coalition government. The NCP ran on promises of fixing the economy.
