An amateur porn couple has donned Apple Vision Pro VR headsets to film themselves having sex — and create content for those who want to use the high-priced goggles for more than just the spatial computing envisioned by the tech giant.

Diana and Damien Soft, who post their content on OnlyFans, PornHub and Fansly, told 404 Media that the built-in camera that comes with the $4,000 headset enables them to get around the technological hurdles of uploading porn to the Vision Pro.

However, wearing the 22-ounce headsets to film their love-making sessions proved harder than Damien Soft thought it would be.

“Its hard to be intimate when theres a huge camera in your face, you have to stay a certain distance away from it, and it cant turn side to side or itll make viewers dizzy, the husband said.

Making porn videos through the use of VR technology often necessitated expensive equipment and a lengthy and costly editing process.

However, using the Vision Pro to record porn is highly uncommon and distributing the content is especially challenging since it can’t be uploaded to PornHub or OnlyFans.

So the Softs created their own website and uploaded their porn videos to it, but online payment processing firms like Stripe and PayPal refused to facilitate transactions due to the explicit content.

The couple was finally able to find a bank that processed the payments through the website, but it took more than a month.

After going through the entire process of creating and selling VR sex tapes, its incredibly clear why more amateur content doesnt exist,” Damien Soft said.

“The upfront cost is very high and there are road blocks at every step of the process.

He said despite the hurdles, Apple Vision Pro is a “huge step toward more homemade VR porn.”

“It simplifies the filmmaking aspect immensely.”
